| Brief description: | Professionally trained chefs are currently in high demand worldwide. This foundational programme will provide students the opportunity to develop flair and passion for cooking. Students will learn both theory and practical skills by working in the classroom and on campus café. At the end of this programme students will be equipped for immediate employment in a commercial kitchen. |
