Company Profile: The Enterprise Training Programme, designed for small to medium sized enterprises, provides a series of tailored workshops, and is run by Venture Taranaki on behalf of New Zealand Trade and Enterprise. Subjects such as marketing, managing resources, finance, Maori trustee training, business systems, and planning and starting a business. Sectors range from tourism and engineering through to trades and services. This includes a needs assessment prior to training, and individual follw-up coaching.
