Company Profile: The Hospitality Standards Institute is an industry-led training organisation (ITO). Our role is to develop and monitor unit standards and qualifications for our hospitality people that meet their needs. We work with small and large businesses, training providers and schools, to understand what skills are needed for our industry now and in the future. These qualifications are written by Kiwis, for Kiwis, and our goal is to up skill those working in every sector of the New Zealand hospitality industry.
